By creating a vendor account and using our marketplace, you agree to the following terms:
- Account Information
• Vendors must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Fake or misleading information may result in account suspension. - Responsibility for Listings
• Vendors are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of the domain names they list.
• Only domain names that belong to the vendor may be listed. - Payments & Commissions
• All payments are processed securely.
• Marketplace commission rates apply to each completed sale. - Delivery of Domain Names
• Vendors must transfer the sold domain to the buyer within the specified timeframe.
• Failure to deliver a domain may result in a ban. - Refund Policy
• Domain sales are final.
• Because domain names are digital assets, refunds are not possible after the transfer has begun. - Prohibited Activity
Vendors may not:
• List domains they do not own
• Use misleading descriptions
• Attempt to scam or manipulate buyers
Violations may lead to account removal.
